SOS. I need help Dollar Tree Girlies
I have a very sensitive situation at work. There is a very lovely young lady who is a hard worker and she has an amazing personality. However, it's hard to tell her that she has body odor.
Now I am no stranger to BO. I know the struggles of dealing with this and how embarrassing it is.
I am not sure if she knows about the smell, but our job specifically requires that everyone smells "approachable"( for lack of better words. )
I am a manager, and as someone who represents our company I wanted to give her a Dollar tree care basket on behalf of the company.
As mother's Day is approaching, I was going to make a care basket with lots of nice smelling goodies.
(These are things that I would use myself btw)
I would like to gift all of the mothers on our team a present like this, however I can't afford it.
Is this insensitive? Especially since our company requires us to smell good?
I am also on the fence of gifting this because she might be allergic to fragrances.
Is there a better way for me to do it without hurting her feelings?
