I want to enable tracking but it not letting me, i tried everything logging out than back in setting my birthday a year older and restarting my phone immediately after every thing but nothing is working.

This is my real age I have ID, when I first got this phone it was the same birthday never changed it until now trying to fix the problem what do I do.
