I recently ordered a pizza via Bolt Food and it arrived completely smushed. While support offered a full refund, they refused to clarify if the cost will be deducted from the courier’s pay.

The driver was very nice and I don’t want him to be financially penalized, even if the damage happened during transit. Has anyone who has worked for Bolt (or been in this situation) know how they actually handle these refunds? I'd like to confirm how it affects the driver before I proceed.
