One day my Samsung A17 just stopped making sound I have tried

Cleaning it, safe mode, restarting, disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth, almost everything weird thing is if I go to my voicemail I can hear it as long as I don't put it on speaker mode I have dialed *#0*# as well and the receiver works but not the speaker. Another weird thing is it will randomly have sound and then disappear moments later. What can I do. Is this a hardware issue? Or something that can be fixed.
