[PC][2000s] Game about shipping cargo by boat

Platform(s): PC

Genre: transport simulator, 2d side view

Estimated year of release: played it somewhere in 2013-2014 so earlier than that

Graphics/art style: some kind of bendy and the ink machine, early disney cartoonish style, like hand drawn

Notable characters: boat looks like one from Dredge

Notable gameplay mechanics: you need to load boxes on your boat, chain it by ropes, and then transport in from port A to port B while waves trying to flip your boat and big white fish jumping from water trying to kick your cargo in the water

Other details: As far as I remember, it was called the “Alaskan Fisherman,” but I couldn't find anything online using that name, so it might be wrong

[TOMT] [Game] 2D game about transporting cargo by boat

It’s a transport simulation game, but in 2D (side view), and you control a fishing boat (something like the boat from the game Dredge). I played it back in 2012–2013. The art style is somewhat reminiscent of Bendy and Ink Machine—pretty cartoonish, or hand-drawn. Your task is to load cargo onto the boat (I don’t remember anything besides crates) and transport it from Port A to Port B across the sea. You have to secure these boxes to the boat with ropes so they don’t get knocked off by waves or big white fish. As I recall, the name was something like “Alaskan Fisherman,” but when I searched for it online, I couldn’t find anything, so the name is probably wrong.
