Basically yesterday, I appealed my account cause I got an email saying I have 180 days left to appeal. So I appealed right? I wanted to get my facebook account back cause that's where I communicate with friends and family specifically Messenger.

I appealed and tried to log in today and it says I have to use my Instagram account, so I hurried over to Instagram to get things done asap. And my Instagram account is suspended no more access. So how am I supposed to appeal now without my Instagram😭 (HELP ASAP)
