Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old phone number.

I don’t have any active sessions on any of my devices.

I do know the account password.

I still have access to the email linked to the account.

I added my new phone number to my Facebook account before I lost access.

However, the verification code is still being sent to my old phone number. I’m worried that if someone gets that number in the future, they might be able to access my Facebook account.

How can I recover my account and update the verification method?
