As the title suggests. Found this bike on Facebook marketplace. Cannondale Synapse (year unknown) si carbon frame listed for $700 in like new condition. I see it has rim brakes and tiagra/105. I don’t really care about the carbon fiber but I guess it’s nice. Is this a good value bike that will be simple, reliable and perform well for a beginner rider getting into road biking? Also, how’s the condition? The chain seems a little rusted and could maybe be replaced but everything else seems solid.
