Quick update! Today, 15 April I receive this kind of text stating na nasa MeTC na raw case ko lol.

There's lot of RED Flag here na Fake and just Scare Tactis, ito yung ilan dito:

1. Small Claims related documents at invitation should always sent Physically and Sealed by Sheriff.

2. No Case reference number

3. Maya Landers CC is not properly mentioned

4. My name is not also mentioned

5. Generic / Template message for mass sending

6. If filed na talaga sa MeTC, bakit nagpapaSettle pa?

And list can go on and on...

What shoud I do?

IGNORE! Walang basis itong send nila, they wont even disclose their CA Name kasi alam nila mali ito ginagawa nila. Most likely lumupat na sa ibang CA account ko at ito ang pambungad na Payment Reminder.
