PC has yellow warning light when restarting (read desc)

This has been happening ever since I built my pc, but whenever I restart my computer, it shuts off, then shows a yellow light on the motherboard and doesn’t turn back on and things such as the keyboard lighting doesn’t work and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to fix it. Power cycling the pc fixes these issues but I want to fix the issue at the root.

My motherboard is Msi so it means a dram issue, since the issue is on restart I wonder if it’s something to do with the bios settings, however it usually posts fine so I don’t know.

Any help would be very helpful

My music taste is a bit of everything, the Apple AirPod max 2 would literally be perfect from an audio perspective, as I like clear sound quality but also noticable bass however the case and the price are massive turn offs for me personally. The xm6’s have nearly everything I need but I’ve heard the sound isn’t the best on them, and my head would get sweaty with them on

I’ve tried skullcandy anc 2 and hated them, they were too clammy and sweaty, and the audio was bad on them, specifically sibilance at high volumes was unbearable for me lol.

I’ve got normal AirPods for gym and running etc, so these would be mainly for general listening around the house and if I go out somewhere

it means I have to power the pc off and on again to make it post. I have an Msi mb and built the pc by myself I don’t know if this is something I did wrong when building the pc because it’s been happening for a few months now. Its not a massive issue just annoying, and I don’t want it to be an indicator for a larger issue and not address it
