Not sure how ranked calculates rewarded MMR.

So, I am in silver right now because I just can't be bothered to play my way out of it at this point, but I need to know how my reward went from 60 for a win to 22 from my last one. I have experienced crashing issues since the update so ended up not being able to make it into a game in time after rebooting the game, but after validating files and playing a good amount of quick play I went back to ranked. Lost 2 games after, so like 50-60 MMR for winning, then 3 losses counting the crash game. I then get a game on Kanal where the game gave me 4 copper teammates and the enemy had maybe 1 copper, 2 bronzes and the rest were silver. We managed to win 5-4 and I went 16-3 and the second best on my team went 13-7. Everyone else did jack. I even had my 3 deaths despite 4 losses because after taking site the defuser carrier took it away from site and died with it and I was left in a 3v1. I got it to 1v1 but couldnt plant defuse intime. My question is just how a game like that where I was MVP, carried all but 1 of the rounds we won, and had a team of only coppers, did I earn only 22 MMR? Am I being punished for "leaving" the crash match? Will my next match have more or did they just decide I belong in silver now? I've peaked a good amount higher but this season I just keep getting matches I have to carry just to squeeze out a win. Seeing 22 MMR really does bring down my motivation to keep going. So if anyone can give me some insight about if its worth continuing or if r6 decided this is where I belong now.
