Anyone else have absolutely no trust with themselves when doing center core sit ups? I’m always basically sitting straight up, I don’t let my shoulders come in front of my hips as instructed, however, I can’t seem to go back very far without being sureeee I’m going to fall🫣 I do crunches on toes, no trouble with extensions or obliques and have visible abs from all the SC so I don’t suspect it’s a weak core issue, but maybe? Any tips to help with this? I keep my hands out in front for balance, but feel like I’m not getting any benefit out of this exercise.
