Two weeks ago I bought a house and the router was delivered brute the closing date, even though I specifically selected the weekend after the closing; fortunately the package was hidden and I was able to pick it up. After connecting the router I got it working one hour later, but still to this day it says pending activation.
When I requested the service I included the streaming box; but so far; two weeks later the box hasn’t arrived; but of course, the bill got the coming month already came. Hasn’t activated the streaming perks due to lack of box
Could anyone from support take a look at my account?
