has anyone tried obtaining private loans? how are the rates going. i’ve seen some get like 2-3% but i think that’s that’s very rare. what are the stipulations attached.
also, does anyone know what would happen if private loan company decline to give u loans or cap you out at a certain number, but you still need more?
if my degree works says “bachelors of xyz: complete” does that mean 100% i’m good for graduation this sem?
Hi so this whole influx of new dental schools is really scaring me. I can tell they’re all just a money grab since all are privates (no state schools) and for desperate students such as yeshiva, hpu, and some other one starting in orlando. I’m scared it’ll be oversaturated and end up like pharmacy because there is no bottleneck such as residency in medicine.
Ik it’s all about the debt and cheap schools, but even in the case of attending a cheap school (200k loans total), i’m worried i won’t have a job or only make like 100k even after all these years. What’s yalls perspective on this, since you’re in dental school currently? Idc much about the debt obviously since it’s low for me moreso not having a job/only making 100-120k
