On this roundabout as you can see when you enter from left there are two lanes, the right lane has a right arrow, but almost everyone just uses this lane to follow the blue lane, the red one should be the correct one right? If there is an incident due to someone following blue line from right lane, who's fault is it? Both? for red not checking if it's clear, or mostly blue for not following the sign on the road?
