Question for SF employees, specifically in the Boston area - how flexible is the in office culture?

I’m in the interview process for an Enterprise AE role and was told a lot of teams have gone back to 3 days on site. In your experience:

- is this a strict policy or varies by team?

- are there standard hours that are enforced?

My commute would be 1-1.5 hrs which is not very appealing so I’m debating whether to commit time to this process since it is more of a passive job search at this point
