Hi, I’m thinking about buying a Cube Cross Race SL 2021 in Red’n’red. It comes with a 1x11 Shimano GRX and Shimano GRX hydraulic brakes.
Do you think it would be possible to convert it into more of a gravel bike? If so, what changes would you recommend?
Also, to what extent would it be worse or different compared to a dedicated gravel bike?
