Hello,

Today I received my Odin 2 Portal Max and out of the box the screen is completely unresponsive. I’ve done every hard reset under the sun and I can hear it powers on and will vibrate and make noises upon sleep/wake.

I can put it into my USB-C dock and I will get video output to my tv screen. I navigated to the menu where I can toggle on that the screen will stay on while docked and still no display on the screen.

I reached out to Ayn support and got back that they are out of office for Labor Day 5/1-5/5.

Is this just a dud unit for the display or anyone else find a workaround with any similar issues?

I’m going to follow up again come 5/5, 5/6 for a replacement but I know the turn around to get the replacement is going such a pain waiting.

Icing on the cake is that quality control approval in the box 😂
