Hi everyone I'm lookong for some advice, my universal credit has been stopped because of their mistakes, they asked for bank statements, and I went and got them printed off, handed them in and thought everything was fine, a week later a I had a message saying my bank statements have not been received, so I followed suit and done the same again, got them printed, handed them in to my local job centre, and went away thinking it was fine, only to receive ANOTHER message saying they had still not been received, now my universal credit has been stopped, is there anything I can do?
