Assalamu Alaikum, I would like to hear stories from sisters who have been rejected by a suitor because they preferred to be housewives rather than pursue a career. I’ve come across a couple of such stories online, and it was quite surprising to see how perspectives in the community seem to have shifted. In the past, it was often the opposite.
