I'm currently feeling vulnerable and deeply uncared for. The further in my 30's the less people seem to care about me. Truthfully, im a kind and empathetic person. I'm the person people reach out to if they need a conversation. When people don't reciprocate on your birthday it kind of leaves a mark I can't really explain. It's been a difficult couple of days. Since losing my dad ive noticed how much if a glue he was to the rest of the family. Im struggling
