My Xbox Series X 1080p looks better than the 4k and I don't know why. Yes I calibrated the Xbox and the TV but it doesn't help. Yes I bought a 4k 120hz HDMI cable but it doesn't help. I even went out and purchased a new 4k 120hz monitor and it still looks the same . I'm currently using a 70 inch 4k 60hz ONN TV. I'm having this problem with movies and games. I think I might have a defective Xbox? Please help.

My Xbox is not displaying properly in 4k uhd mode. I've tried multiple TVs and 120hz monitors but I keep getting the same results. The UHD 4k mode looks all dark gray. Yes I bought a 4k 120hz cable but it changes nothing. Is my Xbox broken? Someone please help. I'm currently using a 70 inch 4k 60hz ONN TV. But this same problem occurs on multiple TVs and Monitors.
