I applied in their company and I'm curious if they're strict when it comes to background checks like previous work experience. I didn't disclose that I am in floating status and will be resigning once I get accepted. I find it dirty sa resume kasi if hindi 1 year ang work experience, what happened was after being trained for 1 month sa recent company, flinoating kami which is why I decided to look for another job. pls help
