Williamsburg Sublet / World Cup Stay / Long-Term Room – Private Bed + Bath in 3BR/2BA (Elevator + Laundry)
Hi! I’m looking for someone for either:
- nightly stays during the World Cup ($140/night
- a monthly sublet starting May 26 ($2,800/month + utilities)
- or a longer-term/year-long setup for the right fit
The apartment is a furnished 3BR/2BA in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, a few mins from the Bedford L with easy access to Manhattan.
You’d have:
• private bedroom
• private bathroom
• in-unit laundry
• elevator building
• shared living room/kitchen
• lots of natural light
• quiet, clean space
You’d be living with me (35F) and my dog, a friendly 7-year-old Beabull. I work from home in video/photo production/marketing, so looking for someone respectful, communicative, clean, and overall easy to live with.
