Withdrew and edited the application for FAU, should i wait for new payment document for the edited application?

On May 10th, I submitted my initial application and received a confirmation email, along with a PDF in the application portal inbox containing the payment instructions. However, I realized I had made a minor error in my submission. To rectify this, I withdrew the application today, May 13th, corrected the mistake, and immediately resubmitted it.

Following this resubmission, I have not yet received a new payment PDF. should i wait or should i just try paying again with the old PDF.

Also i am having problems with paying the payment to FAU using my credit card, as i believe the portal that they asked me to pay through is crowded with traffic or is just incompetent.

Apply for FU Berlin as an Indian student with B.Tech Cse(AI/Ml), what doc should i upload in this section

They just stated to upload a short list of previous studies, by that do they mean making a word doc stating those?

FAU Application fee Payment via Credit Card shows this error

Couldn't pay the application fee for FAU Erlangen. I got the PDF containing the payment info and i clicked the pay now option and tried to pay by entering my credit card info (Master Card). Then i got redirected to a page asking for OTP and after i entered that, it just leads to this page.
I did it twice to check if it was mistake from my side but had the same result both times. Also, both times the amount was credited to them and then reverted back.

What could be the problem and how do i fix it?

i am also planning to apply to more universities, so any university suggestions are welcome
