Need some advice. The cement center is permanent, everything else is fair game. It previously had a large windmill over it, not the nicest looking thing. Top to a well th at we're looking to keep (safety related). I'd like some ideas on what I could do to make it a hang out spot for me. I want more whimsical and fantasy related but I'm at a loss and looking for some fresh ideas. Any help is appreciated!
