Last night was my first try using the gateway tapes. I listened to the first session & ended up falling asleep. Suddenly I awoke & thought I was having a heart attack, until I realized it was my energy and calmed down. My heart center was vibrating harder than it ever has in my entire life (I do chakra meditation). It was vibrating so hard I could hold my hand to my chest & it would vibrate my hand. Like I friggin' 12" sub-woofer in my chest!

I would be grateful for Any insight?
