I just went afk for 5min to help my dad get the groceries up to our flat (no lift), and when i came back it was like this. I tried restarting the laptop but it did not solve it. After 5 minutes the lines started lightly flashing and going away. It seems fine now.
I'm afraid that either my gpu or my screen is cooked. Today I had the laptop on for 3 hours and was playing tarkov before this happened. Thank all of you in advance!
My specs are, in case it helps: asus zephyrus m16 2022, cpu intel core i9 12900h, 2tb ssd, ram 32 gb ddr5, gpu nvidia rtx 3080ti laptop, screen 16inch 16:10 165hz.
