Event Intro
Challenge 1: Show Your Ninja Moves! UGC Submission
Play TMNT: City of the Empire on your PICO 4 Ultra device, and record your epic battle highlight moments in the game. Create video content based on the themes below, edit your gameplay footage into a video of at least 1 minute, submit and share it to 【PICO OFFICIAL DISCORD EVENT CHANNEL】, and tag your submission with #TMNT:Empire City.
Video creation themes (for reference only, not limited to the listed topics):
- Game Tips: How to clear missions without taking damage? How to defeat bosses easily? How to dance freely in front of bosses without getting attacked? 🤔
- Favorite Weapons: Nunchucks? Katana? Or the turtles' flying kick?
- Favorite Turtle: Leonardo? Michelangelo? Donatello? Or Raphael? Share your reasons!
- Fun & Creative Gameplay: 🍕 Try battling while eating pizza? Parkour stunts in the game? Wall-running and rooftop leaping? Intense free-for-all in multiplayer mode? Ever had a mutant turtle as your cyber fighting coach?
Submission Rewards
We will select 30 lucky participants from all submissions. Each winner will receive a $20 Gogift Gift Card and a 30% off coupon for designated games in the PICO Store. The coupon is redeemable for any single game listed in the Coupon Eligible Game List below.
Challenge 2:Rate & Review
Users who have purchased TMNT: City of the Empire and have played the game for over 30 mins are invited to rate the game on the PICO 4 Ultra Store and leave a creative, high-quality comment.
Event Rewards
We will randomly select 30 lucky users who have played the game for over 30 minutes and left a rating and rational review. Each selected user will receive an 20% off coupon for designated games on the PICO Store. The coupon is redeemable for any single title from the Coupon Eligible Games List below.

- Coupon Issuance and Validity Discount coupons obtained from this Event will be issued directly to the qualified user's PICO account. Users may redeem the coupons within the validity period specified thereon. Any coupon that remains unused upon the expiration of its validity period shall automatically become null and void, and will not be reissued under any circumstances.
- User Identity Verification If any one or more items of user identity-related information—including, without limitation, the login account, email contact info, device Serial Number (SN), or cash withdrawal account—are found to be identical, similar, arranged in bulk through specific markers, or otherwise unauthentic or invalid, the individuals associated with such information shall be deemed as the same user and shall be treated as a single user under these Event Rules.
- Privacy Notice
By signing up for this event, you hereby agree that PICO may collect your user ID, playtime data of the selected games, and the screenshots and/or video clips you provide for the purpose set forth in this event announcement. - Right to Modify and Force Majeure PICO operates this Event in accordance with applicable laws. In the event that this Event must be adjusted, suspended, rendered impossible to conduct, or results in the failure of user participation due to causes beyond the reasonable control of PICO—including but not limited to force majeure, material changes in circumstances, changes in relevant policies, directives of governmental authorities, insufficient number of participants, or acts of third parties—PICO reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Event at any time at its sole discretion, and shall not assume any legal liability therefore. Any adverse consequences resulting from a user's failure to participate due to their own personal reasons shall be borne solely by the user. Users may review the amended Event Rules on this page at any time. If a user objects to the amended Event Rules, such user must immediately cease participation in the Event. A user's continued participation in the Event shall be deemed as their full consent to, and acceptance of, the amended Event Rules.
- Exemption of Liability for System and Third-Party Interference PICO shall bear no legal liability for any failure of user participation, inability to participate, or errors occurring during the acquisition, transfer, or exchange of prizes, cash withdrawals, or the claiming of prizes, provided that such issues arise from system malfunctions or from third parties utilizing improper means to attack, tamper with, interfere with, disrupt, alter, or otherwise unlawfully influence PICO and this Event.
- Exemption of Liability for External Failures During the Event period, PICO shall not be held legally liable for any user's inability or failure to participate in the Event caused by reasons beyond PICO's reasonable control, including but not limited to the user's improper operation, network failures in the user's region, payment platform network malfunctions, telecommunication operator outages, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
- Anti-Fraud Warning Users must participate in this Event exclusively through the official PICO Forum. PICO shall not be held legally liable for any losses incurred by users as a result of any individual or third party falsely claiming to represent PICO, organizing similar activities in PICO's name, or maliciously sending fraudulent notifications regarding prize qualifications, the claiming of prizes, or fraudulent giveaways.
- Tax Withholding In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, should PICO be required to withhold and remit individual income tax on the qualifieds or prizes obtained by the winners under this Event, PICO reserves the right to withhold and remit such taxes as required by law.
