I am transferring to another school and looking for someone to take my rent for the remaining three months of my lease.
It is a private room at Northgate Lakes with a 3x2.
It is an apartment-style home on the first floor. One of the people is living in Miami for the Summer so you have a bathroom to yourself.
It has a UCF shuttle service, and it is about a 5-minute drive. They also have a handyman on site. You can file a request and get a response fairly quickly.
We also have an in-unit washer and dryer.
We don't have pets if that is a worry.
