Because of demanding work, wife, kids, dog and what not, it’s often difficult to do 6x6 min, 10x3 min threshold workouts, but some days I might be able to do like half the amount of intervals, like 5x3 min or 3 x 6 min. I just wonder how useful is lactate when measuring early? I guess that lactate reaches a steady state after a certain amount of intervals, but how many? Please share your experience.
