Hi, so I really do not have much knowledge about plants i am a complete beginner and I probably need help here. Someone gifted me this Calanthea and I really want to keep it alive. But after just a few days the leaves kind of crumbeld like that and I worry I did something wrong. I tried to not give the plant to much Light and gave it water when it dried out a bit.

So could anyone tell me what i did wrong or maybe how I am supposed to take care of this plant?

And I am sorry if this was already asked a thoudand times but I really dont want to fuck this up.
