Hi, I’ve (26 F) been having mild abdominal discomfort that started on the right side, then moved a bit, and now feels mostly in the lower right area (around 3 fingers from my hip bone).
Pain is mild (around 3–4/10), more like pressure with occasional slight sharp sensations. It’s not very painful when pressed.
I’ve also had:
* frequent burping and farting
* urge to poop (was able to go)
* some acid reflux (liquid coming up when burping)
* mild back pain (lower right side)
Pain is more noticeable when walking or coughing but still tolerable. It improves when lying down.
No pain when urinating. No vomiting. Appetite is mostly okay.
I did eat a lot of heavy food the day before this started. But I am not constipated and was able to poop normally.
I’m worried about appendicitis but not sure if this sounds more like gas or something else.
Question: Does this sound concerning for appendicitis, or more like digestive/gas-related? When should I seek urgent care?
