Living with parents

Hey guys so I have a bit of a weird situation. So I live with my mum at our family home it’s plenty spacious enough so no issues of overcrowding, but the issue I’m having and slightly worried about is it’s in my grans name as it was originally her house she is now in a care home and my mum has power of attorney and pays the bills for the house as we obviously still live here. Will that cause problems when applying for the visa or should there be no issues?

Me and my partner are planning on applying for her spouse visa soon and I received £37500 in January from the passing of a relative and we spent a portion of it on going travelling and some other things we needed as we hadn’t been able to before so my first question is would the big drop from 37500 to 27000 go against us? And secondly is it true that all savings go towards adequate maintenance not just anything above 16000?
If so could I keep like 20000 of it in my account and use the rest towards my wife’s visa?

Hey guys me and my wife are going to be applying for her spouse visa later this year and taking the adequate maintenance route with my pip. My question is what bills/costs do I actually have to calculate because I’ve seen some people say it’s only housing costs like rent and council tax, but I swear I saw someone else say it included food costs as well. We are going to be moving in with my mum and her house has plenty of room so no overcrowding and she pays all the bills. The only things I pay for is my mobile phone bill, food shopping, PlayStation plus, Spotify and a credit card do I need to calculate any of these or would it of just been rent and council tax? Sorry for the long question just trying to get everything in place!
