I have a mac mini 2025 running plex, (plex amp is not),

I log on to any device on my internal network and it plex says it cant connect to the device despite it shows in the list of servers and that they're very bummed about it.

I've looked around and I haven't found a valid explanation of why this happens on a daily basis. My Router is my modem so I don't use any third-party mesh devices in the house. All devices are online and working with my network

This drives me bonkers since recently I have a bad knee, and I have to go 3 flights down to sit on the mac, log on, close and open plex, open, close plexamp, close it again then go up again to log on to my office pc and then I'm able to play some music. I just miss the effortless access i had with ROON minus the Roon Tax.

Can someone suggest what can it be?
