Hey y’all I’m a Salt Laker that comes down every few months because my little sister is in school down here. Last time I came, I went to Gaia’s Garden Cafe and absolutely loved it. It was good coffee, the best avocado toast I’ve ever had, and a very welcoming environment (I love supporting places that foster inclusivity). I told my wife I was excited to bring her there and was heartbroken to see they closed last month! I’m wondering what other recommendations y’all have for a cozy coffee shop that is as welcoming and friendly as Gaia’s? I see a new shop has taken over the space. Are they comparable in the same way? Please drop any other recommendations below. Thanks in advance!
