I have been at my current unit since I IST’d and have not been selected on the GAT.

With the need for GTLs and MTIs, I considered going DSD. I have an interest in DSD and not just to get out of my unit.

I am not seeing much information on the workload, experience, and expectations of being an MTI, especially how USSF BMT is for MTIs.

Looking to hear from USSF MTIs from the past year. How are the hours? Are you pushing flights constantly? Any advice etc.
