Current take home is around 4L pm
No loans as such.

I don't need to move in immediately and can wait for 2-3 years.

Requirements:
Metro Accessible (say if I am moving in 2029, there should be a metro near the flat).
Preferably green surroundings.

Should I skip a 3bhk altogether and buy a plot of land? Build something there?
It is not for investment. I always wanted a house of my own.
