Thought I lost all my corms to shock (was initially potted in the wrong medium). Kept up with light and watering just in case, and now look at that!!! I'm so happy!!!

Found this on the underside of my crassipetiolata. I'm assuming a fungal or bacterial infection? Also, wondering how worried I should be about the plant's longterm health... it was a single leaf, no other spots that look concerning, and no pests. TIA!
The way I ran around work with a blacklight to show these off 🤣 3 coats with MC's base coat and glossy top coat. And it's finally sunny enough for them to change while I'm outside!
I bought this hoya today and it has the typical 2" pot 'assorted hoya' tag. Can anyone please help with an ID?
