Help my liver values are rising drastically quickly

Over the last few months my labs have been rising and I am completely at loss to what disease I have. I will need a liver biopsy but have a hemangioma.
Anyone had a liver biopsy with that? Also I do not drink nor take any medication. GI is referring me to hepatology. I am 36f with high cholesterol for years though. MRCP normal apart from showing enlarged liver. PSC and PBC and AIH are in the room. I have no IBD as far as I know. I am frightened specifically because they have sharply risen since I have given birth within half a year. They were normal apart from cholesterol.
