This question is for Indian men, Adultery and Paternity fraud.
A relative of mine(33M) has discovered infidelity of his wife (29F) back in April. This has shook both the families. As he was about to forgive her, he discovered affair was active when child was born. He demanded DNA test and she has refused his request.
Chances of child born out of wedlock is low but not zero.
I had discussion about this issue with my siblings and cousins. Point which got highlighted was the verdict of Supreme court in a similar case with possibility of paternity fraud.
Verdict of Supreme court: child born during timeframe of legal marriage (irrespective of within/outside the wedlock) is considered as heir of the husband and husband is responsible for child's well-being.
What's your say about this absurd ruling.
What would be your decision/reaction if found yourselves in such a mess.
I did hear extremely strange and horrific point of views from other men offline. Hoping for any same, grounded advice for my relative or your fellow men.
