I hope it's not a hot take to say that Fireball feels a bit...less than what it could be.

This is my opinion, but I would love to see Fireball somewhat like a smaller Bubble in terms of aoe, perhaps at the cost of 5-10sec longer cooldown?

Or, perhaps give it a store-up-to-3-charges kinda mechanic and reduce its cooldown and go for a Firebolt feel.

Thoughts?
