Seriously, how is this still a thing after the so called patches?

I spend 5/10 minutes sorting my load out with my trio, another 5/10 minutes searching for a game to get rushed within 3:15.

No chance to defend ourselves, just shot in the back whilst fending off UESC. It’s ruining the game. Serious doubts I’ll be able to maintain my desire to play when Its taking me longer loading in than actually playing.
