Looking for advice. 40 years old, majority of my life was on a SAD. About 6 months ago I started doing keto to address long covid symptoms, and I was hooked by the control over my metabolism. Currently running 80+ hour fasts once or twice a month, and using retrograded potatoes after workouts to replenish muscle glycogen without fully kicking me out of ketosis. I want to put on 20 pounds of lean muscle mass, but I think my free testosterone is dipping and making it hard to gain size. I consume at least 3500-4000 calories on my feeding days to make up for the fasts, and I stack resistance training 2-3x a week, on top of my daily farm labor. I don't want to get on TRT, because I want to not be tied to an injection for the rest of my life. I recently bought some yolked brand supplement, but I am wondering if myostatin inhibition will be enough, or if I should be looking at a secretagog to get my T levels up. Haven't done testing on my levels yet, but physically I can feel that my levels are not optimal.
