Flow calibration help
Hey guys, I'm trying to calculate the right flow rate to set my burnt titanium pla plus to. I switched to a CHT bondtech .6mm nozzle and I can't tell these slides apart from each other all that well. To me the -0.4 is the smoothest, but I'm trying to get the flow and the pressure advanced dialed perfectly since I'm printing out a gift for a friend.
Do you guys have a recommendation? Or is there another test that you guys think works better? Let me know, thanks! -0.15, -0.2, -0.3 -0.35, -0.4 (-0.25 is missing. I will search for it if you guys think it may be the missing value).
Printer settings: I can add them if needed but this was the stock profile for the orca calibration. I did increase the x and y axis by about 20% (to make it easier to see) but left the z axis unchanged. If you guys think this messed with the results, let me know! Nozzle temp was 220 be default in orca.
