Hey everyone, does anybody here host or participate in a Discord server used to sharing work, getting advice, and/or giving critiques? I primarily focus on orchestration and video game soundtracks, so finding a community with insight into those specific areas would be great. General Cubase and production tips are always welcome too of course. Let me know if any of you have recommendations!
Anyone here using a Mac Studio for mixing in Cubase? I have a Cubase 15 Pro with a relatively extensive amount of sound libraries. My old PC’s motherboard broke and now I’m using my boyfriend’s Lenovo Legion 5 laptop as a temporary machine for mixing. Well, I can’t really borrow his stuff forever and I’m bound for an upgrade anyways so I wanted to ask people here if it’s worth the money to buy a Mac Studio instead? PC building for productivity can be extra expensive these days especially with the memory shortage issues, so I want to expand my options. Are they good? I want to hear your opinions. Thank you! :)
