I'm mid forties and still love dancing. I was at a rave with friends and bumped into an old girlfriend that I hadn't seen for over a decade. She asked about me, I immediately told her about my wife and family, but I think she was flirting with me. I was friendly, but absolutely not reciprocating any flirting. She ended up giving me her number so I could let her know about other raves (which I later deleted).
I'm a bit freaked out, my wife doesn't want to come out dancing with me but is incredibly supportive about me going out. I don't want her to get the impression I'm getting hit on all the time or that there is a risk of me being unfaithful, but also feel like I should tell her?
I'm also wondering if women just get hit on basically every time they go out and wouldn't even think about telling their partners? Am I overthinking this?
