Ok so while I was labbing out Megumi combos I discovered this. My best guess is that the 4th m1 hit the dummy while they were still on the ground, bypassing cursed blue trigger.
While every follow up move (expect for I believe maybe totality dog) is green, however I think Nue might be the most reliable since it's unblockable.
Jeez can't wait to start practicing that for a bit :p
