Having been riding on the shoulders to avoid being mowed down by a 2-ton pickup truck pulling a small bulldozer on a dualy (4 wheel on one axle) trailer, I have been pondering the bicycle laws. What do you do when there IS no shoulder, and you must share the road?

The original thread is closed, but I wanted to post this solution, as it was the solution to MY problem.

So I was still getting SMS messages on my phone, but ATT;s 2FA codes were not coming through. I tried about a half dozen times, then realized my phone was in AIRPLANE MODE

For some reason, Airplane Mode allows some messages through but not others. With it turned on the backlog of 2FA messages appeared within a minute.

So this may or may not be the answer to your problem, but its better than trying to call their so-called customer service number

STEP1 Turn AIRPLANE MODE OFF

If that doesnt work go ahead and call 611 and tell them to turn off Short-code blocking on your line, shut phone off for a few minutes and try again.
