I am reaching out to the STL community because I am in a difficult spot. I am 24 and recently started a solid job at Ballpark Village making $20 an hour. However I am facing a major up hill battle in my housing search due to an eviction from 2021 when I was 19 and my roommates bailed on the rent. I also have an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy that will be fully discharged this July.

I am looking for leads on private landlords or smaller property managers in the St. Louis area who are willing to look at the person and the current income rather than just a credit score or past record. I can provide proof of income and references.
